"I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer!"

"The food at the bar / restaurant (?) was surprising excellent and large portions. The chicken strips were AMAZING. The staff though short staffed, for that night was great, very attentive. The next morning, the same restaurant staff were ignoring most people, she was more concerned about talking with someone at the bar instead of customers. Front desk staff was nice; and the rooms were clean, though the AC needs some work. (it worked but too well)."

"Wife and I booked a room for one night. We were very disappointed with our stay. We mainly picked this property because of recent reviews and was one of very few hotels that had a hot tub. The pool is very tiny and every noise a young kid makes echos all throughout the pool area. The pool is in a desperate need of a cleaning. It is disgusting looking how dirty the sides and floor is. "The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs...

"This hotel is an older hotel without many updates. The only thing that was not satisfactory to me was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub. Probably old and just time of use. But overall, this hotel suited my needs, room was clean, convenient for where i needed to be, felt safe and the staf was awesome! My stay was great and if I need to stay in the area again, i will definitely be back. Thank you for a clean and great nights rest. "

"The location was prefect as we were visiting the Lost Island Parks. Walking in the hotel smells like cigarettes and chlorine. The pool area was nice. We ate at Brew Brothers and Yummy. Both were good. Our room (704) was really dusty, but served its purpose. Our second room (703) smelled like ozone, so we tried to air it out for a while. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The sink had a soap bar. That was it. You get a free regular coffee at the café, or $2 off a specialty...

"We arrived to a musty/stale cigarette smell. My husband checked the air filter and it was completely dirty. The bathtub would not drain. We would have to take showers in 30 minute increments so the tub would drain. There was mold around the tub. The smoke alarm was not attached correctly to the ceiling.
