"Love all the amenities for the children....great job! Lighting in the room could be better. It defaults in us opening up the blinds when we wouldn't want to ...the bedside lights are very dim. Even if a lamp was bought and put in the corner that would help extremely much. For breakfast, there was bacon and pork sausage....some ppl don't eat pork. So a veggie option or anything other than pork will be nice for customers to have that option....besides that . Nice job"

"3 stars is us being gracious. Our check-in was delayed due to a security threat (a vehicle drive through the gates). The next day there was a drive by shooting and our property was in the middle of a crime scene. I gave ample time for the property manager and security to respond to my safety concerns which were left unaddressed. The cleanliness of the property needs work. The carpet is splitting from the thresholds and caused my toddler to step on a tack strip. The outdoor poor chairs were...

"A beautiful resort with absolutely amazing things for kids. They definitely need some more staff in order to keep things up and running a bit more smoothly. Otherwise we will definitely be back to enjoy the amazing pools, and the water park! "
