"Arrived at 4:00, check in time, room was not ready. Left with our bags and a reservation number to get us to the pool area. Pool area was packed(which was to be expected) however when you’re left walking around to find a chair while waiting for your room was annoying. Room became available an hour and a half later. Super crowded everywhere, not the ideal luxury experience I had in mind for the cost of resort. Room was clean, bedside lamp not working, toilet paper holder kept coming apart. (Things that normally would not bother me at all), but again for the money you spend, all the things should be in working order. The communal area to eat was not the cleanest, table cloths were dirty, food under the tables. The soft serve ice cream bar in the market was gross. Overall experience was poor for myself, would have saved the money and stayed somewhere else and maybe just made dinner reservations for nice restaurant. "
