"We love the Aparthotel Stare Miasto in Kraków. This time, we brought another couple with us, and they were delighted as well. Our friend, upon seeing her room, exclaimed, "I feel like I'm in a castle - a medieval castle." The brick walls and stone floors, mixed with modern facilities, are stunning and inviting. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. We hope to visit again soon."

"If you’re visiting Kraków and want a truly memorable stay, I cannot recommend the Sheraton Grand Hotel highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff genuinely went out of their way to make everything perfect - warm, professional, and incredibly attentive at every touchpoint. My room was very large, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable - exactly what you want after a day exploring the city. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and it made coming back each evening a real pleasure. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel with some special dietary requirements and to arrange airport pickups, and the team could not have been more helpful or responsive. Everything was handled seamlessly, which immediately put me at ease and set the tone for the whole trip. A huge shout-out to Monika and Prince, along with the entire Sheraton Grand team. Their hospitality truly elevated my stay and made it feel special from start to finish. The location is unbeatable - right beside Wavel Castle and within perfect walking distance of everything you need to see and do in Kraków. Whether exploring the Old Town, dining by the river, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, you couldn’t ask for a better base. This hotel really is the cherry on top of a wonderful stay in a beautiful city. Five stars all the way."

"Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. Of all the European hotels we’ve stayed in, this is the best so far."
