The only issue that actually makes our stay not comfortable is that the hotel does not have Air conditioner. We were there during heat wave and this make the stay in the room really unbearable. "The hotel is located right in downtown York, with an excellent location in the old town. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom is quite small — the shower water splashes out easily. I only showered for about ten minutes before a staff member knocked on my door saying the ceiling of the room below was leaking 😂. But their breakfast was amazing — it’s ordered from a menu and freshly cooked, very tasty and unique!"

"A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout.
