"This place is beautiful, clean with an amazing panoramic view!! It felt like a second home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances etc A beautiful rainbow appeared right in front of the balcony. Loved it!! I would stay here again. "

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "

"The room we booked wasn’t clean upon check-in :/ that was super disappointing. There’s a lot of fees and such tacked on and it’s unclear until you ask questions. I stayed here in November of last year and it was fine but this time around even though I got a better room, the experience was of lesser quality, which ultimately was a bummer. If I were to visit the area again, I’d stay somewhere else for sure. "

"There was no mini bar but the bar at the pool was good. The bartender though I did not care for. He didn't acknowledge us even though he saw us and sat at the empty bar counter. Other then that I liked everything. Parking was nice and easy, and most everything was near to walk to. I recommend it if someone would ask."

"We enjoyed our stay! The positives were that the staff was really friendly, the hotel was clean and there were a lot of food options nearby. I’m glad we stayed at this tower because it seemed less busy than the others. The negative is the cost. With the daily fee to park our car and the daily resort fee it was an extra $718.00 for 6 days. "clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff despite their tiredness, air conditioning cold, breakfast was very good. Bathroom too tiny. Requested access rooms for disabled person but not enough rooms to accommodate. All first floor rooms should be disable accessible. And all first floor entrance doors should be easy for disabled person to open and walk in and out. "

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "

"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 "
