The concierge, Tracy, was really helpful and Oscar, our server in the Café Chelsea, made my daughter's birthday breakfast a great experience. "

"Loved staying here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas. The bars are fantastic and had some of the best service in NY. Bedding was super comfortable, and you could feel the quality in the linens. I would love to stay here again. Only complaint was trying to get the room to cool down after the heat had been on upon arrival (we Texans like it cold lol). Rooms were quiet and cozy. Perfect getaway."

"Excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Felt like we were coming home each night. With 3 in our party, we were able to stay in one room, because of pullout sofa. Very, very quiet, no street noise, even though we were only on the third floor. We'll definitely return to this hotel the next time in NYC. Only suggestion is to replace the mattress on the pullout sofa."

"Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Room service was quick and we enjoyed the food. Just a couple negatives: towels were rough (we didn't ask for new ones), TV was very laggy, we could hear many noises from the building (like people pulling down their blinds, other odd sounds). The positives outweighed the negatives. We were so busy in the city that we didn't do anything besides stay in our room when we came back to the hotel. If we go again, I would use the pool and check out the...
