"Really a great stay all around. The staff was super helpful, save for a cranky dude that was tasked with bringing me a toothbrush one night. The room was small but well designed for it's size. We were able to creatively, though comfortably, hang out clothes around the room. The access to coffe and tea was a lifesaver and everyone was just really helpful. Would stay here again for sure."

"Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was so nice and clean. A really nice touch was getting water bottles when we checked in and being able to fill them up in the 24-hour convenience room. Awesome! And the location was perfect for getting anywhere quickly."

"Property is close to all the relevant attractions but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Easy to access public transportation. Food ordered and served was good. Rooftop Spyglass Bar is just OK other than the view of the Empire State bldg which is outstanding. Room I had was small, had limited soundproofing, and had a loud and obtrusive HVAC system. Overall it was acceptable but I would stay elsewhere next time I need to be in midtown."
