Hotel dekat Gereja Nuestra Senora de las Delicias

"Madrid is small, reachable from everywhere. A bit too close to congress and “Sol Square” riots area, avoid during political tense times. All over I usually stay there."

"Great team - very friendly and helpful Thank you!"

"Great location and beautifully designed but it is 6 months old! No one to help us with our luggage upon arrival at the front door (around 5pm on a Friday), no signs to guide us to the reception area that was on another floor. The room (207), absolutely not worth the price as it was the size of a shoe box for 2 adults with 2 suitcases. No night stands, no charging outlets and no proper space for 2 luggage racks. It was the most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in!"

"Our room was stylish, spacious, quiet and generously equipped. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of all the best that Madrid has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful. All up it is a beautiful hotel in a great area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend Palacio Atocha as the perfect base for a Madrid visit."

"Clean room"

"Great location! Clean facility. Room was listed as “courtyard view” but my room had a view of other rooms and a wall! Bed was uncomfortable and shower was great. No concierge services. Room access key didn’t work 50% of the time. I loved Madrid and the location, but would not recommend."

"Room temp is a little cold and I can not adjust room temp."

"This hotel has among the friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever encountered in the world. Hat's off to Alejandra, Sergio, and Roberto, in particular."

"Great location, walkable to all the sights and lots of places to eat and shop. The building is beautiful with lots of hidden gems like the stain glass windows and the library, not to mention the courtyard. But what we like best of all is the staff, they were helpful and friendly and well organized."

"La propiedad tiene una grandiosa ubicación. Nos hospedamos en el Duplex que era bastante espacioso. El elevador es pequeño e incómodo. No siempre hay personal en recepción así que la comunicación no es buena. Debes enviar un correo o escribir por WhatsApp si ocurre algún problema o tienes una duda sobre el hospedaje."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the room"

"Great location and friendly owner. Getting in to the apartment was always tricky, since the touch pad on the door was misfunctioning quite often, so this was annoying. The apartments are not that new like on the pictures. Overall it was still a good apartment for this price in Madrid."
