"The hotel was lovely and we had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was warm, spacious, well furnished and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast offered an excellent range of choices, and all the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our visit. A special mention must go to Julia, who served us at breakfast. She was exceptional. She took the time to help us plan our days, offering practical advice on using the trains and explaining what was located in the areas we wanted to explore....

"Clean room with great staff being very helpful. Staff was able to set up my ride to and from airport. They also set up two tours for me. The staff was so awesome that they let me leave my luggage with them after 10am checkout since my flight was in the evening. Can't say enough!"
