"We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to relax even during a short visit. The decor leans a bit on the darker side, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. We arrived late and left early, so we didn’t have a chance to use the amenities, but everything we experienced during our stay was positive. The staff stood out as especially accommodating and friendly, which made a great impression. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"My son and I had a good nights sleep for our overnight in Williamsburg at Vacation Village and the layout of our unit was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities are a bit older, though. When we arrived late in the evening, we found that my bathroom toilet would not flush. I had to take the back off and manually pull the stopper to flush, but when I did that the structure inside the back of the toilet was broken and came out so I had to push it back in. My son's room bathroom sink didn't drain because the stopper was broken and continually down. I put a knife under it to prop it open so the water would drain. It was too late to call someone to fix it so we dealt with it. The other appliances were functional and working. Also, there was a damage deposit of $100 or $150 I had to make. I'm looking at my bank accounts now trying to figure out if it was deposited back. Completely annoying and a waste of my time. Also, despite Expedia saying all fees were included there was a $12 resort fee I had to pay. Overall, I can see why this works for some but I won't be going back. The rate was decent but I'd rather pay more and have working plumbing."

"Super close to Busch Gardens. The front desk area is a lovely historic building. Rooms are not very new, but are spacious and uncomfortable. Beds were also very comfortable."

"This list is extensive: Pool area: Hot tub water disgusting. Could not even see my foot at the bottom because the water had a tan tint to it. Barely hot. Not stained pool, just dirty water. Paint peeling from walls above pool. Room: Door stuck. Light missing shade and bulb. AC was iced over even though it was off. When turned on, the unit sounded horrible as if a motor bearing was failing. So, no AC control at all. The TV was set to an unusable configuration. The bathroom light was a void in the ceiling with a bulb. The toilet paper holder was loose in the wall and had to be pushed back in after any use. The bathtub over drain was ajar and stuffed with paper. The beds were brutally stiff and the blanket was as thin as the sheet. The rug was beyond stained, and looked it had gum or glue patches on/in the carpeting. Exterior and staff: Cracks in the pillars by the lobby, Dismal feeling and even more disappointing response from the staff when the hot tub issue was raised. I didn't bother to raise any other concerns after the all I got after asking what was wrong with the water was, "you can leave the towels right there". As in, on the counter."

"The location was great, and the staff was wonderful. We used the indoor pool, which was a lot of fun for the kids after a long day of touring. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were comfortable, but maybe a little smaller than I expected. Parking was plentiful and convenient."
