"Unit clean and bed was comfortable and better than a hotel with full kitchen and living room space. Amenities fee collected on arrival should be waived during winter season when pool and outside activities not possible. "

"The hotel was overall in poor condition and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I made the mistake of looking at mattress to check for bedbugs and I wanted to throw up. It was absolutely disgusting. The couch looked like it was from the 1970s, and I made sure not to sit on it. The bathroom was surprisingly clean, but that’s about the only plus from this budget motel-turned-hotel. At the end of the day, this was the cheapest hotel in Williamsburg so be sure to set your expectations accordingly."

"The room was nice and clean and check-in was quick and easy. Good customer service and great breakfast. Our only complaint is that the tv was not facing the bed and could not be turned to face the bed. We had to watch it from the side. Also, the A/C wall unit was so loud it woke us up everytime it came on so we didn't sleep well. "
