"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"Had a great stay at mi-pad and would absolutely stay here again. Only reason I didn’t stay longer was because I had a rental car and parking is difficult in Queenstown. But loved the room, the bed was very comfortable. Wish there was a bit more natural light, and staff were friendly but could be a bit more welcoming."

"QT Queenstown is positioned on the Esplanade with views across the lake, towards the mountains. It is undergoing modernisation. A short 5 min walk to town, where there are multiple choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are incredible and cannot please you enough. They have free wine tasting daily, there is Also a roof bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again."

"After staying in multiple properties across the South Island of New Zealand, including multiple hotel stays in Queenstown, this place is most definitely not a 5-star worthy hotel, 3 stars at best. The staff was extremely accommodating, polite, and we were always met with a smile on the face. With that being said, the place is an essentially a refurbished ‘boutique’ apartment (literally, though). The jacuzzi tub (at least in the Master Suite I was in) was lukewarm on arrival, smelled very...

"This room was absolutely incredible! I would have to say that the shower was absolutely delightful. Location was perfect. Easy accessibility to the sky gondola, the Tiki trail and other incredible hiking spots. Just minutes away from the downtown shopping and restaurant districts, the lake and Gardens. Nice comfortable quality bed and pillows. I hope to make it back to Queenstown, and if I do, I will stay at this hotel for certain."
