"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. "The hotel is beautiful! It is decorated in an updated yet traditional venetian style, which is perfect and adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is set in a historical palace, but has all the comforts of a modern five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive, they helped us several times with recommendations and ordering a taxi. We enjoyed the welcome drinks, as well as the delicious breakfast served in the garden courtyard. Our room was spotless and clean. We also ordered room service...

Umberto was kind and responsive, as well as the young man who made breakfast…a great “North American” style breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, along with fresh baked croissants! You are within walking distance of every major tourist site as well. "
