Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. "This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. Communication with staff was efficient although it is still odd for us to stay in a "hotel" that has no one onsite. While...
