"This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! We arrived at 7:00 a.m. after a long overnight flight and were warmly welcomed by the staff. They immediately escorted us to a comfortable waiting area with coffee and refreshments while they stored our luggage. We spent the morning exploring Rome, and when we returned around noon, our upgraded room was already ready for us. We also received complimentary drinks on the rooftop bar, and all of the beverages in the mini fridge were complimentary too....

"**Beautiful hotel, but a theft incident left us waiting for resolution** We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Rome, and I want to start by saying the property itself is truly beautiful, and the owners were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, while we were out, a thief entered our daughters' room and stole jewelry worth approximately €12,000. We later learned that another room was also broken into that same night, which suggests a security gap that should concern future...

"Very very old elevator. Get stuck on floors when empty. Therefore, people on other floor have to climb stairs. Happened to us about half the time."

We booked the room with the sauna and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long flight. The location is excellent and walking distance to many main attractions. "Nice hotel, great location! The Colosseum is only a 1:2 mile walk from the hotel. You can also easily find many restaurants, gelato and a store to buy water etc. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar that has good vibes and nice music. We tried it twice, slow service but everyone was nice. Good buffet breakfast options. Our AC was not working the first night which was not fun but staff provided a big fan which we greatly and they did fix it for night two. The offered us vouchers for upstairs rooftop...
