"Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided...

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Atypical Rooms in the last 4 years, and the experience has been wonderful both times. The rooms are spacious, modern, good WiFi, AC, great water shower water pressure and clean rooms. They do have a lift in the building, it’s small but at least it works. "My suite was amazing and I really appreciated the complimentary bottles of natural and sparkling water and Nespresso pods left in my room every day. I can't praise the front desk staff enough! Extremely friendly and welcoming, and gave me excellent suggestions for dining in the area, as well as giving me directions to attractions.
