"The hotel is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. It was clean and a highlight was the free breakfast they provide. We booked a suite, which we found out was not in the main building but a block away. It's a 3 story walk up (no elevators). The reason for the 3 star review is Lorenzo, the desk clerk. He was rude, unhelpful and dismissive when presented with issues. Because of his rudeness I cannot recommend this hotel to any travelers."

Es gibt ein Minibar, in der es 2 Wasserflaschen gab ohne Gebühr. Es waren einige Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück war liebevoll. "We had a lovely stay in one of the family rooms. It was a great space for our family of 4 especially the balcony with a view of one of the cities towers. The location was perfect, easy walking distance from the main sights and a bakery right by the anpartment entrances. The self check in was very straight forward."
