"Didn't respect my reservations. Reserved two double queen rooms, received one double queen and a single. After a back and forth confirming my reservation was for two double queen's room I still ended paying for a third room to cover the 4th bed need by my guests. To put the cherry on top their fire alarms were malfunctioning and woke us up at 4am and 6am after a long stressful night"

"Muy limpio y cómodo."

"The room was okay near the airport. The reason I am disappointed in the staff is because I left behind my medications and called to have them returned/mailed. I never recieved a call back or email and I am sure by now they are long gone."

"The hotel is in a great location - easily walkable to a bunch of restaurants. Hotel layout is quirky and cool. Our room had a window that faces another wall and a window that faces the corridor. Beds were comfortable, and Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast service was understaffed and thus very slow. The most frustrating thing was the shower - the water pressure was very low."

"The personal touch from the staff and specifically from the Owner Mayra was excellent, the care for the details is amazing, the cuisine is superb."

"This is a wonderful place to stay, with one exception. It is at the top of a steep hill that only very fit people can walk up quickly. In addition, within the B&B you have to climb narrow stairs to get to the roof where they serve a wonderful outdoor breakfast with amazing views of the city. On the positive side, after going back and forth to the main part of the city, you won't need to go to the gym. The owners are wonderfully kind people who are enthusiastic about their delightful city. ...
