"Love the hotel for everything. The room is a bit small but very well organized. We can put 2 big luggage and 1 small luggage easily inside the room. The public bath is also very clean, hotel amneties are nice. The hair dryers in the public bath area are excellent, all the best and newest hair dryer. Extra pillow is nice, you can choose your own extra pillow. Location is very nice. Got 711 and lawson Not far from good food"

"朝食付きだと予約しましたが、別料金との事ででした。こちらの確認不足でしたが、ＧW前の価格でもし、朝食付きな2万越えはありえないとおもいました。 スタッフの対応などは、とても良かったとおもいますが、この料金ではありえないとおもいます。焦って予約してしまい、他のご利用様のお値段と比較させて頂くと、かなり高い設定です。 このお値段で朝食付きな、満足でしたが。"

"Lazy staff. Came in at 12 pm, intended to drop luggage at front desk before finding lunch. However, no one was around. After 30 minutes and multiple phone calls, two slow moving, clearly annoyed staff finally showed up to take our luggage. No room service whatsoever. Guests need to pick up own clean towels daily. That is actually okay for us. However, no place to dump trash is really annoying. Hotel sits in a boring area, need to walk about 10 minutes to find a semi decent breakfast with...

"Room furniture is too bulky & not enough space to open our luggage’s. Room entry way isn’t Erconomical at all, only one person is allowed for entry & remove shoes at a time."

"Hotel room is a bit old and outdated. Bathroom is very tiny despite the hotel is old. Location is perfect for dining, within walking distance to the Reb Brick Warehouse area and Hakodate Morning Market. Bus stops are nearby. Train station is about 10mins walk."
