"I made a reservation on expedia on the day of check in. The reservation was accepted and I traveled 30 minutes to get to the hotel. When I arrived, a taxi dropped me off and I then got a phone call from a man at the hotel. He said they did not have a room for me but had a room 30 minutes in the opposite direction - with excitement, he offered me a larger room at another hotel with a balcony. I explained I could not stay in the alternative hotel because I could not get another taxi to travel...

"My stay went well at the premises despite my late arrival. The RBB is located within walking distance of the Quattro Venti train station and there is a local restaurant convenient located for breakfast, lunch and dinner. "Det kändes som om vi var till besvär från första till sista dagen. Har försökt komma i kontakt med hotellet, då jag glömde mina nyinköpta solglasögon men ingen återkoppling på varken mejl eller sms. Undvik detta hotell om ni vill ha en trevlig vistelse i Rom. Långt från centrala Rom och de mysiga kvarteren i Trastevere. Ingen Metro i närheten. "
