"Not convenient if you want a relaxing hotel at the beach. Very crowded, no view of the ocean, busy pools. Also the is a lack of staff to cater to the number of guests"

"We upgraded to the Posh Club, allowing us to have our own cabana which had a safe, ceiling fan, outlets, and your own mini fridge. I had a spa treatment (thank you, Nancy!!) and it was incredible. Every person we encountered made our trip memorable. The concierge service is a piece I would say needs enhancing. Any time we asked for something, it was done begrudgingly. The day we checked in, we specifically asked for an offsite Hurghada excursion - both verbally and 5 times over the course of 3 days within the texting communication piece - and our butler never booked it. We had to book it ourselves. This lack of communication, prohibited us from experiencing more of the amenities on the property. That was a letdown. Overall, it is a beautiful property and a great spot for families with children (young or old) or if you are with a bunch of friends, like us. "

"Beautiful beach access in the back of resort. Friendly helpful staff. Dinner buffet was good. They packed breakfast for us on the go when we missed breakfast. Rooms were clean and up to date. "

"The resort itself was a well run resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did feel the room coffee limit of four pods was a bit stingy for a 8 night stay. The food was very diverse and delicious. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Asked for an iron, they said they will send it to the room 3 days in a row. They never did. At Nigma restaurant a rude adult staff who talk about politics and my country. Learn them to be silent! The pushy sellers (juice and beauty clinic) aroumd the pool all the time! The very poor quality juices which wasn't other than sugar and colour. The "american coffee" was a disaster served in plastic cups. Cadeau to cleaning and laundry staff and Abdola at Snackbar and the woman who made bread and of course Animation staff. "
