"My stay was only three nights but it turned out to be like two separate stays. I was checked into a single room as requested and was initially delighted with it. But I then found that it coincided with football being shown on a large screen TV just yards away in the courtyard from my window, and that my room was next door to a gents toilet open to the visitors (ie public). "Being put in a room where all the air conditioning units were on the roof of the building facing you and extremely noisy!"

"Room is comfortable but very hot. No AC available and hot days can be very difficult to sleep. Positives: hotel breakfast improved from previous visits and staff are very happy to help. Location is the strong strength, in the heart of Peterborough. Car park is also a great advantage."

"On entering the hotel the staff were really helpful and friendly the lobby was nice and clean , my room was very nice clean and spacious, bed really comfortable had a great nights sleep, air con really helped as it was very hot . "Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up"

"Check in was quick and efficient. Being able to park for no additional charge was great. Great location for all the main parts of Peterborough. Room was exceptionally silent the whole day and night. A few doors in the morning but that's to be expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Nets at the window and black out curtains. Very much an upgrade on the usual Travelodge I normally stay at due to cleanliness and staff. Room was spacious enough"

"Second we have stayed as we are visiting extended family. Didnt spend alot of time here this time but the time before we had a meal and drinks. Beautiful place. Food amazing and the staff are lovely. Bedrooms are very nice and comfy"

"Rooms were clean and fresh and breakfast was very good. What wasn’t so good was that bath towel was damp, either from not being changed or not dried thoroughly. We found the mattress quite hard and sleeping was not helped by the people above us running round at 12:30 pm- assume it was children,"
