"The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location and friendly staff. However, the housekeeping never cleaned our room, they just emptied the trash in the very small trash cans and put clean towels in the room. We had to bring down additional trash to keep our room clean. Used towels were also not picked up. We were at the sight for almost a week, so this should have been done."

"After check-in it took 20 minutes to access one of three elevators,upon entry to room it had a foul odor,food was left in the small fridge/cooler which was off,we were gagging from the smell. After several calls to a rude associate we finally git a new room.The rooms walls are paper thin could hear normal conversations of people next door, hallway was echo noisy. Will NOT stay here again!!!"

"Loved the location. Just steps from subway and many dining options nearby. Staff was friendly, helpful and quite accommodating. Room was a good size. Not the size of a phone booth, like many of the over priced hotesl in NYC. Would stay again(just not in the middle of a heat wave like we experienced) Lovely hotel!"

"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked two rooms, but from the moment we arrived there were constant issues: one room was missing the advertised sofa bed, there was no complimentary water despite being told it would be provided, no slippers, an empty shower gel dispenser, a broken bedside lamp, a wardrobe door that wouldn’t close properly, and one of the showers wasn’t working. When I reported the shower, I was told nobody was available to fix it...

"Our stay was great. Family of 5 (3adults, 2 kids). Our first room the A/C did not work and toilet was leaking, the staff did give us 2 fans for night 1 and reimbursed us for this night. The next day we were given a suite which was a great accommodation mostly for the A/C the difference was amazing and refreshing especially in this NYC 100+ heat wave that came in July. Overall this hotel needs a lot of upgrading, the breakfast is a very very simple breakfast with muffins, juice, water, mini...

"Great location super easy access to everything, subway, times square. Nice and quiet. Rooms were way bigger than expected."

"Beautiful historic building. Very clean. The staff was helpful. The bar was nice. Only downside is there is no restauarant or breakfast or even coffee available in the hotel (there is a nice Cafe next door that you get a $10 voucher for but not ideal for early morning take off)."

"Avoid! Cheap horribly uncomfortable bedding. AC does not work. People are walking out moments after they check in and staying at other places. Rooms are dated, bathrooms and small and falling apart. Carpet is tore in the hallways. Most of the staff stand around doing nothing. Keys constantly deactivated the instant you leave the room. Stay elsewhere."
