"The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience."

"All 5 stars are going to Karen, front desk. Our check in was easy, and she was very nice and helpful. Looks like hotel is going through some construction work and improvement, hopefully it will be done by our next visit. Good location, the pool looks nice and clean, just need few umbrellas. Definitely will come back."

"Aged property and rooms. Pool was in need of remarsiting and pool area furniture was out dated. Resort fee and parking was $108 per day which was unreasonable. Casino was fun. Would not stay here in the future."
