"HORRIBLE Avoid! Dead bugs and hair balls from previous tenants airbrushed on floor. Crusty bedspread. Bathroom tiles falling off. Curtains didn't close all the way. Air conditioner in pieces and barely cooled the room. Sticky floors and bathroom counters. Staff was unhelpful and tried to charge me twice for the room. Felt unsafe when it got later - left after a few hours and continued on my trip."

"Clean fresh smelling bed linens. Easy to book and check-in was smooth. Close to Interstate 24 Good stay. Good restaurant options. Will stay again."

"The pool was green and the neighbors were out partying all night. The room we stayed in wasn't to bad and breakfast wasn't great."

"This is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend staying here EVER! It was dirty and broken, the rooms were not ready, the staff did not care, it smelled heavily of smoke and had burns all over the rooms from cigarettes. Horrible!"

"The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before."

"Nothing against the staff and the room was clean enough, but this was one of the worst areas of Nashville and the clientele at this hotel were questionable at best. There seemed to be some nefarious transactions going on. We stayed one night and cancelled the rest."

"This hotel is run down and there are long term tenants who look like they’re on drugs. I witnessed a man come into a room with a book bag and he looked around very paranoid and when he left the room, he left with a suitcase. If that isn’t a drug deal in real time, I don’t know what is. The pool is covered and doesn’t work. The long term tenants are outside talking until 4 in the morning. I wish I had read an honest review like this prior to spending my money here. They also ask for a $20...

"PLEASE READY BEFORE BOOKING A ROOM!!!! Although the staff was friendly, the hotel was horrible. The room had roaches. The bathtub had putty in the drain. My daughter went to take a shower and the water wouldn't drain. The swamp cooler had mold. The bed creaked so bad I was afraid to move. The place looked like a hooker hotel. It reminded me of the projects apartments in South Central or Watts on movies or the slums in New York. I had two rooms, one for me and my two daughters and one for my son...
