"The hotel was not as the reviews stated. The hallways had an awful stench and the rooms needed to be updated and cleaned better."

"This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire...

"The location of the property was really convenient for us. Overall, it was okay. We did have to make a run and purchase our own pillows and blankets 😅 the ones provided were not very comfortable. Also, no microwave either in the room."

"Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again."

"The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before."

"The owners/employees were very kinda and nice but this stay wasn’t anything nice. Broken outlets and broken switches and we did find bugs (2 roaches and other crawlers) we did not find or come onto any bed bugs so that was a plus. Sheets had stains and bathroom had a musky smell. I wouldn’t stay again but it was a good place if u just need a place to sleep for a night."

"The floors were somewhat dirty. The bathroom shower had debris in it when I arrived. There was no inside shower curtains, so water got all over the floor. The parking was nice. The staff was friendly the laundry area and the ice machine was somewhat hot, which made the ice not as cold as it could’ve been."
