"The room and property was very nice, No TV service at all. The tub was extremely slippery casing both my husband and I to slip, this is very dangerous. In addition, directions to get from the parking garage to the hotel were not very clear."

We went to Walmart and bought our own linen. The bathroom sink was leaking. The breakfast, other than the waffles, was disgusting. -10 out of 10. Do NOT recommend."

The air conditioning did work and so did the plumbing but that was the highlight. Very low end facilities and everything that goes along with that."

"The Russell is a cute and unique hotel. I love the stained glass windows, they really stand out. Management was so communicative and welcoming, and made sure the check-in and checkout processes were super simple. The room had everything we needed and I loved the smart tv so I could stream my movies. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended this hotel to my friends!"
