The room was disgusting and dirty. The floors were black from the dirt. There was no hot water on the last day of the stay. Room smelled like heavy cigarettes. Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn
The property needs a major refresh. The room smelled musty, there was mold in the tub, and lights flickered in the hallway. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Spence Lane by IHG
Lobby was updated but rooms were not. Shower had scolding hot or freezing water, could not get anything else. Breakfast was ok but limited seating (6 tables). Computers were down so had to wait an hour before we could check in. Worst experience.
