"Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again."

"The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again."

"The staff at check-in was on a phone call the entire time while we checked in. The room had a smoke-like smell for a non-smoking room. The shower/bathtub was dirty-looking. The tv and fridge were plugged into a power strip that had to be stretched and plugged into the wall upon us getting into the room."

"The room was great. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Their smoking area needs a seat. The biggest problem I had was when I asked them to book a cab for 7:30 to airport they confirmed they had. In morning SUV pulled up and asked if I was 7:30. I said I was waiting for cab. Front desk confirmed that was who they booked. As a lone female I asked him to further confirm by calling my number. It was beautiful, unique, clean, comfortable beds, (free) water, snacks, and other conveniences, Those with mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb steps into the building and potentially to your room. Also, while there are signs to rooms, they’re a little hard to read at night and not at the entrance."

"I was on the 15th floor, the furniture and fixtures were a bit beat up and the knob in the shower fell off. Other than that, great hotel, walkable distance to Broadway or $10 Uber ride."
