"The Russell is a cute and unique hotel. I love the stained glass windows, they really stand out. Management was so communicative and welcoming, and made sure the check-in and checkout processes were super simple. The room had everything we needed and I loved the smart tv so I could stream my movies. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended this hotel to my friends!"

"The place is filthy and dilapidated. Full on, thick cobwebs and roaches. Stains from the tile, to the walls, to the sheets. I assure you know “stars” are staying there now."

"We had the honeymoon suite, which was fantastic.It was huge and appropriately decorated for the era. The grounds aren't huge, but they're very well maintained. It's in a very convenient location to pretty much anywhere around nashville. The breakfast each morning was fantastic."

"We stayed for one night while traveling through & wanted to stay somewhere close to Broadway. It was an easy 8 minute walk to Broadway! The room was great- comfy beds and clean space. Breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip: eggs, egg omelets, pancakes, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, sausages, bacon, and more! Parking was below ground which was nice but it was a pain in the butt to leave because we turned in our keys & needed them to leave. We called for help like they told us to but the...

"The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay."

"My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!"

"Little farther to Broadway Street then I thought it would be. Would plan to spend over $100 for parking/uber especially if you park you car at a parking garage all day or uber back after 9 PM."

"Awesome hotel, great clean room, very spacious, staff from front desk, restaurant , pool staff, bar staff and cleaning staff were great. Will be back in the fall. One point I will make... if bar staff at the pool get a complaint about a charge from a guest they shouldn't let other guest of the hotel know about it....not very professional."

We walked down to Broadway so many food places, bars and shopping options. My only dislike was the breakfast. I would’ve liked to be upcharged a pay a difference to eat at the AC breakfast. The Residence Inn doesn’t have the evening reception like the D.C. location."
