"This place is a very different hotel in that there is no staff on site but that never proved a problem for us. It was very easy to get into the lobby and the room and both were very pleasant. The lack of a staff allows for less expense for the hotel so that more money can go to using profits for housing for the homeless, the actual mission of the facility (which I believe is run by a local church.) The bed was quite comfortable although it would have been nice to have had bedside tables on both...

"We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!"

"The hotel was very clean, rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Only a short walk to Broadway. Bonus was that the famous Pancake Pantry is next door. The only thing negative was that the pool bar was closed on a Monday even though the pool was pretty busy with people wanting to get drinks."
