"We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!"

"The front staff at this hotel is incredibly rude not just to my family but with multiple families we were with. My room bathroom was not clean when we got there. I had to ask multiple times for towels so we could shower and again the front office staff was rude about needing towels. Not enough parking. I would not recommend staying here at all."

"Every time I went to Starbucks for something I was unformed either the staff was not there or they were all these occasions occurred well before 4PM. The young Hispanic girl who working could not help me and spoke very little English."

Alley to my room was smelling bad. I have never had such experience with Marriot property. Will strong caution against staying at this property"
