Very clean room, staff very nice, the guy making omelets for breakfast needs a new job. He was yelling taking down stuff an hour before breakfast was over saying he was done making omelettes. He was yelling at people rude, and his whole energy. Wanted to make you back off 50 feet from him because of the negative vibes, I get it sometimes people are overwhelmed, but that is not any way to treat guest or to yell at people because you don’t like your job then don’t do it for a moment I was listening to other guests saying they didn’t feel safe to even go and get their breakfast, which is ridiculous. All the other staff was perfectly fine and nice put the person they had cooking your omelettes. Don’t order any. I was really disappointed in their heated pool, which I am from Michigan and looked forward to swimming in the winter. It was so cold you couldn’t even get in your body and mince started hurting immediately after getting in the water. Are you had to get out take a hot shower just to warm your body temperature back up. It’s kind of sad. I was looking so forward to spending some time in a heated pool.
