"The hotel was terrific. The upper outdoor terrace was incredible, especially hearing music playing around the cornerfrom the terrace. The other outdoor patio was ok. The air conditioner was way too loud, and there weren't any cushions on the outdoor furniture. There was a cool water fountain, but you couldn't hear it because of the loud air conditioner. "Cons: We waited 1.5 hrs for check in cuz the room wasn’t ready as did other guest we sat with. That sucks after travelling all day. The room reeked of smoke. Asked for air freshener but never got any. The trains were somewhat bothersome. The furniture was extremely dirty. The bar was never open. A/C kept reverting to 64 so had to adjust it all the time. Pros: beds were good. Location was good. Large room if you get the 2 bedroom unit. Liked the walk in shower. All in all we wouldn’t stay there...

"A great stay! I was in town for a friends bachelorette party and first time in Nashville. The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect base for the trip! Walking distance to Broadway and close to the activities we had planned. Cool property and lowkey pool that was a nice break from the hoopla of downtown. I even got a favor fulfilled when I asked the front desk for a pair of scissors. Shouts to Serena at the front desk, she was easy to talk to and answered all my questions with the best guest service...
