"After a night out, I came back to my room and found that the key card did not work. I went down to the lobby at 3 AM to get it reprogrammed. They told me they were performing system upgrades and that the lock needed fixing. At 3:30AM they sent maintenance to let me in the room. A few minutes later, at 3:35 AM, they came up to fix the door (this took about 15 minutes). After this the key still did not work so maintenance had to go back down and reprogram it. They returned to knock again at around...

"Do not buy anything from there snack store I bought 2 Diet Pepsi 16 ounce bottles they were 4:50 per bottle they charged me a room rate of 90 dollars I will be disputing that with the property and putting out a bad review if that’s not fixed I could see if I ordered room service but just walked in the little kiosk "

"The furniture was a little dated. Looks nice in the pictures, but the wear was very noticeable. The room also had a mildew smell. But this was not a deal breaker. This is a first class hotel. If you are not ready to pay for all of the amenities and tips, go somewhere else. You pay for the location. The staff was super friendly. "

"Unfriendly staff at the front desk. Juice machine broken. Wiggly faucet. Wiggly toilet seat. Smelled like pot outside which then you could smell inside, and the room was non-smoking. All around crap place!!"

"We were very disappointed with the Executive Lounge. It was my understanding the lounge would have a continental breakfast. I paid extra money to have an executive room, so we may grab a quick breakfast before heading out. Instead, our options were bananas, oranges, kiwis (no knives to open them), nuts, chex mix and a trail mix. Definitely not worth the up charge."
