"It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and away from all of the loud noise that is accompanied with Broadway. However, it was only 10 minutes away from Broadway so the Uber ride wasn't doable. If you rent a car. Finding free parking isn't that hard. Plus I loved the kitchen that came with it. One of the grips that I did have was that they didn't have an ironing board or an iron in the room."

"The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... "Room (a/k/a house/condo/townhouse - don’t know how it is classified), was okay. Not going to say good or bad, just what I took note of. The gated parking is not for guests. Guests park on the street which is visible from house/condo/townhouse if you stretch your neck. You can enter from garage -that is in the alley. You can never park in front of the unit. Park on side street and walk past 9 units to the front door. Garage holds 2 small cars. If I’m allowed pics, I will submit them. Not allowed...

"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."
