"The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... It is just a big surprise after booking. So thank you Expedia for finding this place... but you should refund the...

"We were very happy with this stay, it was a perfect place to stay near Vanderbilt Hospital. Amazing location and very affordable"

"Asked about coffee filters as I picked the place for making our own meals. Had to go purchase out own filters. The last day an alarm of some sort went off at sometime around 6:30am. Overall the place was ok. For other travelers they should know there's train tracks next to the hotel."

"The pool was green, breakfast consisted of dry cereal, stale donuts and waffles. The doors didn’t look like they had seen any cleaner in months, the rim of the sink had a brown film around it and the corners of the bathroom floor had a nasty brown crust, a previous guest’s used towel was left in the bathroom. The staff was rude, my son and his family had to be moved to two different rooms before getting a working A/C."

"This was the CUTEST place. Such a hidden gem with a great convenient location with walkable restaurants. It was so clean and the check in process was smooth. There is a cute courtyard that is fun and cozy with some yard games that were entertaining to everyone! Parking is available on site. Kitchen was stocked with dishes which made our nights in so easy. I have already recommended this place to so many people and will stay here again for my next Nashville trip!"

"The man at the reception desk was not friendly or welcoming. My daughter stayed here to break up a 16 hour trip home from grad school. She arrived around 11 pm from a 10 hour drive and ordered door dash. The reception man was disapproving of this and made it very clear. She felt very unwelcome. She loved the hotel itself, but will likely not stay here again on a trip home."

"The hotel is in a great location, we had a beautiful view from our bedroom. The room was clean when we arrived and towels they changed were so white and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful ALL THE TIME. Every single time we needed help, the help came with a smile ☺️ I loved the experience and I encourage anyone going to Nashville to stay at this wonderful hotel."

"We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a lot of options -- my wife is gluten free and she found plenty to eat including oatmeal, though was the same both days and I imagine it could get old if you stay several days. Only issue was they had a sign for sourdough bread but it wasn't actually sourdough. The person we spoke to said she kept hiding the sign but others kept putting it out. Location is great, short drive...
