"My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!"

"The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... "Near by"

"Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"When I arrived I was not aware it was a $ 30 extra pre day for insurance property damage minus the $8 parking per day . Also they were telling different information on the remaining blance would be released. Also on the complimentary drinks, everything was only told to certain people. This was just the worst experience ever I am traveling for school and I wanted to be relaced and comfortable."
