"This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Employees are all kind and helpful. The room was clean. The only small complaint is the bed is too hard for me. But everyone has their own preference. The gym and equipment was nice."

"Never in my life have I come back home day 1 of 4 to a hotel & found all of my stuff gone. The cleaning staff cleaned my room & threw it all away. All my food, all my items, everything in the bathroom. Well over $1,000+ worth of stuff & they have done nothing to help me, wont reimburse me.... absolute nightmare considering & cant just go re-buy all that stuff. I travel every 3-4 days for work so i'm constantly jumping around. Huge huge issue & a big slap in the face. Horrible service"

"I will start by saying the staff were so kind, so attentive, and so helpful; but the facilities themselves were just okay. At arrival their system was down & we had to wait quite a while with the very apologetic front desk woman to check in. After a long day of travel that wasn’t great. 3 days later at checkout their systems were again down. Our room was decent size but we could hear every single footstep the people above us took. The bathrooms were a little yucky, with dust, hair, fluid splashes, & some mildew along the floors and tub. The kitchen was stocked well; the full size refrigerator was nice. The king bed was super soft & I thought it was comfy but my husband had a hard time with it. The location for us was ok, as we were visiting family in Franklin and doing the tourist stuff in Nashville. This is about half way between both of those. But Brentwood is a quiet town & this hotel is more like in an industrial business area with lots of extended stays & business lots surrounding it. We arrived about 10:30 on a Friday night and pretty much everything (except a Whataburger and a Taco Bell) was shut down; even the grocery stores. So if you’re looking for close-by night life this isn’t it. During the day it was nice having grocery stores close.The pool (which was drained/not open when we were there in April) & BBQ seemed a little run down. They had a pretty good breakfast offering in the morning which was appreciated. It was okay but probably wouldn’t stay again."

"The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. "

"We stayed in room 407, building 4. Upon entrance into the building, it was apparent that there was a moisture problem. It had a mildew smell. But when we entered the room, there was no smell, and it was absolutely perfectly clean. I found out later that a water pipe had burst in the room across the hall and they were cleaning it up. The building and room were old. The layout of the room was weird. The bathroom was like an alley with the toilet being the first thing on the left, then the shower on the left, then the sink on the left, and a closet at the end of the alley. The refrigerator did not have a freezer, but that’s OK. However, the door wouldn’t close because it was too close to the wall. You had to force it to close it. There was a buildup of frost inside the refrigerator that was melting. I informed the front desk of everything that I just wrote would I stay at that best western again probably not."
