"The room was very clean, and housekeeping serviced it every day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, my room overlooked another building, separated only by a narrow pedestrian street, so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy. The showerhead was positioned in the middle of the shower, which made showering somewhat uncomfortable. The shower floor had a large stain, although it appeared to be very clean. "My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!"

"The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... That was the first thing I saw when I stepped into the building and I didn’t like what I saw I was disappointed but the room itself was nice, clean and when the air stopped working properly they instantly came and fixed it…"
