I originally booked one night but extended to two — the rate was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, including when they helped me fix a date mistake I made during booking. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. "My family loved Sheraton Maria Isabel Reforma! From the moment we checked in the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Susie, the lady that cleaned our room was sweet and such a hard worker. We loved coming back exhausted from exploring to a clean room. We had a view of the "Angel de Independencia" and it was such a treat to see her every day.
