"Staff was helpful and nice. We were given an accessible room, which was okay but the bathroom was weird. Small sink and there was a table to store stuff. No toilet lid.
Poor lighting in the room so it was pretty dark even during the day. We had issues with the AC. Somebody came and did something with the vent in the ceiling and said that should make it work. Well, it didn't. We were told we would be given fans but never received any. We ended up buying our own.
