A very dark, gloomy hotel. The lighting throughout the hotel was terrible, the gym had a lot of equipment but was dark and outdated. No complementary coffee anywhere in the hotel is unacceptable at those rates.

Hawthorne Hotel
Location was fabulous. Was disappointed in horrible water pressure and lack of actual hot water apart from one day of our stay. It was lukewarm one day and when I mentioned it it was upgraded to warm the next day. But lack of water pressure made showing less than clean feeling.

Very nice, conveniently located, restaurant breakfast, lunch, dinner, Starbucks, pool, gym, great parking. 24 hour front desk. Large. Comfortable lobby. Business center.

Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel
Breakfast is nice. Rooms clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Although did not matter to us since we were on the ground floor (floor2 at this hotel) but only one elevator was working. Noticed same problem when we stayed about 4 months ago.... Hope they are getting it fixed for upcoming tourist ...

The Hotel Salem
The location is amazing. The Counter had good food. Very helpful and nice staff. Very clean. The bed was not comfortable at all for either of us and the heat did not work in our room so it got pretty cold. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. Overall a great stay!
