Staff were pleasant. Limited entertainment options on TV. No Netflix. Floors were not very clean - carpet and tile area. Had issues with heating not working properly. Had to have it attended to on multiple occasions."

"Booking in after 5pm was frustrating as intercom service kept cutting out and I had to re-ring them over 6 times. Once in the building instructions to pick up key was straight forward.
Apartment was well appointed and clean. My preference for water temperature should be 1 to 2 degrees higher as it was quite cold when I was there and took a long time to reach maximum heat. I realise there are occ health and safety restrictions, but the temperature was set too low.
