"This was the best $100 hotel I have used in over 3 years!!"

"There were used towels in bathroom and toilet not flushed upon arrival. The desk clerk offered to move us. We declined. The shower drain was slow so we used those towels to soak up overflow from shower. The beds are getting older now and starting to creak. But the pillows are still the best!"

"Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend."

"This place was like stepping back in time a few decades. It is an older, western themed building that remains right in the middle of downtown Billings. The parking was right outside the door to the room and was safe and secure in a parking courtyard. There is a restaurant on the premises that serves made to order breakfast and coffee starting at 6:00 am which is perfect for someone traveling. This place is a good value. "Staff was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable. We left before breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. We would stay here again. "

"The hot tub had a huge black ring around the edges, not clean - would not even go in it - my first room the tub spout had been worked on but had like a 3 in piece of threaded pipe sticking out of the tub - with the spout screwed onto it - the water was running and could not be turned off and the refigerator made so much noise I had to turn if off to listen to the TV over all the hotel wreaked of old dirty carpet and mold - - The staff did give me a new room but that one the toilet handle stuck...

Realized on the east side of the hotel outside someone must have had a grill fire and caught the landscaping on fire, there burned bushes, charcoal and evidence of a fire near the entrance. "I like it that the Toilet is very clean like you wont see any darkening of tiles or anything. I like it that the Refrigerator is big and theres kitchen and dishawashing liquid provided! It would be nice if pans is available as theres stove provides. ☺️ Overall, I would comeback! "

"Checked in, and then out 10 minutes later. Found 2 dead cockroaches on the bed, turned flashlight on phone to look under bed for more and 3 more came crawling out. While looking for bugs, discovered the bed frame covered in what appeared to be urine and other disgusting substances as well as the walls and nightstand. Hotel desk clerk was nice and apologetic. Did not receive a response from the manager after getting his/her number from desk clerk. Had to go through Expedia for refund as hotel...
