"Everything was great except the water pressure. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I didn't wash my hair over the 2 night stay due to fear that the water pressure wouldn't be sufficient to remove shampoo/conditioner. The water pressure out of the bathroom sink was stronger."

"The property is so beautiful. My bed was a little lumpy, but my husbands was great. The free breakfast was a nice treat. Scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffle, muffins, fruit, juice, etc. Well worth it. I would stay here again. Very nice staff."

Not the people in the room but just the noise of them walking across the floor were very squeaky and woke me up multiple times. Seemed like an old house from the early 1900s. Breakfast was disappointing. Very few options. Minimal parking spaces."

"We stopped in Billings on a road trip, and the reason I stayed here is because the waterpark was supposedly included in the stay. There were pictures on the website of the water park, and my 5 children were so excited. What they don’t tell you is it’s not included, it actually costs $20 a person! That was really frustrating for me, because I felt I was tricked. The hotel was good, breakfast was pretty good, but I hoped it would have bacon. Also, I asked for a late checkout and first was told...

However, there were two issues: - breakfast was inedible (I’m sure fruit salad went bad) - the security lights at the parking lot went straight to my face in bed.
