"There were used towels in bathroom and toilet not flushed upon arrival. The desk clerk offered to move us. We declined. The shower drain was slow so we used those towels to soak up overflow from shower. The beds are getting older now and starting to creak. But the pillows are still the best!"

"I like it that the Toilet is very clean like you wont see any darkening of tiles or anything. I like it that the Refrigerator is big and theres kitchen and dishawashing liquid provided! It would be nice if pans is available as theres stove provides. ☺️ Overall, I would comeback! "

"Booked a 2 bed room, room 30 minutes to check in (it was not busy) and was given a single bed. Went back to front desk to request the 2 bed we booked, took another 40 minutes. Got a new room, again it was a single bed. Thankfully she processed us again quickly and got into an appropriate room. Not necessarily the desk clerks fault as she was obviously very new. Management needs to ensure proper training before leaving staff alone on shift. Room was basic, clean but dated. Also requested room...

"There was a smell that was almost like smoke mixed with cleaner/antiseptic in the hallway. Realized on the east side of the hotel outside someone must have had a grill fire and caught the landscaping on fire, there burned bushes, charcoal and evidence of a fire near the entrance. Stunk up the whole hotel. "

"The hot tub had a huge black ring around the edges, not clean - would not even go in it - my first room the tub spout had been worked on but had like a 3 in piece of threaded pipe sticking out of the tub - with the spout screwed onto it - the water was running and could not be turned off and the refigerator made so much noise I had to turn if off to listen to the TV over all the hotel wreaked of old dirty carpet and mold - - The staff did give me a new room but that one the toilet handle stuck...

" I have a delivery team in Billings and they stay in that city 2 -3 days a week.I reserved the room thru Expedia and for some reason it came out under my name.The team got there and they were saying theres no reservation on file so you need to pay.I spoke with the recepcionist and told Her look under my drivers name or my self .No were to be found at this point there tired and want to get some rest .I had to get a hold of Expedia to hanlde this deal.I even told the lady it doesnt matter whos...
