"A little bit tired looking ( carpets )good position for walking "

"The tv didn’t work. Reported on 1st night. Promised to rectify next day. Never happened. There was no hot water. Reported on 1st night. Told to run tap for a long time. Shower was not fit for purpose. I could not get it to work other than cold. There was no extractor working in the tiny en-suite."

"Very nice, clean and comfortable room with full tea and coffee including a Nespresso machine. Staff were friendly and offered efficient service. Bar area had a good atmosphere and offered a full lunch menu. Great to have free car parking in front of the hotel."

"Good value for money, well positioned to walk to Hastings and St Leonard’s. Nice to have free parking in front of hotel. Restaurant and bar areas decorated very well. Staff very helpful and friendly. Adequate breakfast freshly cooked. Filter coffee very nice, unfortunately teabags were of a poor quality. I was tempted to order a Filipino breakfast which was advertised on the restaurant menu in the reception area. However upon being told that it would cost be £12.95 extra I decided to stick to...

"Easy parking, very calm environment "

"The best thing I can say about this place is that the staff memberqho greeted me was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. That said, I was very tired after a very full day, so I probably could have fallen asleep on concrete. The room was grimy and shabby. It didn't look like it had been cleaned particularly well. Surfaces were wiped, but I don't think the carpet had been hoovered. I won't be staying there again."
