"This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. "The folks at Sens Hotel were so helpful and kind. I canceled one room on Expedia 48 hours before, but it didn't show up as canceled for Hotel Sens', or on Expedia for that matter. Sens canceled the room on their end, then Expedia showed the upcoming refund. The folks at Sens were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely go back. The hotel is right in the middle of North Berkeley's foodie row."

The room was ghetto, homeless people were lingering in parking lot, the towels and blankets were stained , there was burn marks on the blanket.I opened the covers and there was an eye lash and hair. It was late when my kids and I checked in so we had no other choice but to stay ."
