"The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The room had a bad smell, the air conditioning was blasting when we entered. Perhaps to try to cover the smell. The bathmat was wet, and the bathroom was not cleaned well. At breakfast, there was a lot of empty containers."

"We stayed in a one room suite and while the room was big, the carpet was peeling in the kitchen, the wallpaper peeling in the bathroom and cobwebs in the lights. All this we ignored, but I went to take a shower and the hot water did not work. It was not even warm. I called the front desk asking if there was trick to getting it warm and she said no and she would look for a new room and call back. "Overall not clean. They were out out basics like hand soap. Staff was useless. Breakfast started too late for our tournament game start times. Once even at 7am it still wasn’t open and they would look at us like we’re crazy expecting it to be open and crazy at 7am as it’s stated. Total disappointment!!!"

"Came in at 2am and the graveyard shift receptionist was great and quick. Rooms were nice, bed is a little tall as a 5'3 person, but they were so comfy, I overslept and also missed Check Out."

"Driving in from 2 hours away and locating this property was a very pleasant surprise.!’ Not only was the entire check in process smooth, our room was very clean and spacious. Pool was decent and clean. Located very close to a shopping complex with a variety of shops and restaurants and even a comedy club was also a pleasant surprise. We would most definitely stay here again!."
